Create Stability, Balance, and Ease

Join me to explore the ever elusive and desirable ‘core strength’ March 25th at One Center Yoga from 1:00-3:00 pm.

The deep abdominal muscles known as the psoas are only one of the players involved in “core strength.” The design of this workshop is to explore all the muscle groups needed to create stability, balance, and ease of movement. A balanced core implies the ability to transfer your body weight from sitting to standing without using the arms as aids and is a prerequisite for managing low back pain.

If you are a yoga teacher this class will boost your understanding and give you new ideas and progressions to share with your students!

This workshop takes place at One Center Yoga, 120 Coxe Ave, Asheville on March 25 from 1- 3 pm. The cost is $35 with prepaid registration and $40 on the day of the event.
