Transformation Yoga Retreat Aug. 4-7, 2016

Dear yoga teachers and graduates of my Transformation Yoga Training Program,
I am pleased to once again collaborate with several outstanding guest teachers for this year’s three day retreat, August 4-7, 2016. You’re invited to join us to renew, expand, and refresh your personal and teaching practices.

New! Date Change – August 4-7, Three great days of Yoga Plan on attending half of the week starting Thursday with class at 2:30 PM and ending on Sunday at 12:30 PM. See below for more information.

Topics for this year’s retreat include;
Study of the koshas and five functions of mind.
Yoga and the organ systems.
Intermediate sequencing principles and practice.
The cosmology of the Auruvedic system.
Are you Veda practices for daily life.
Sleep disturbance and renewal, statistics and practices.
Tibetan sound bowls, Kirtan (devotional chanting), and more….

If you were able to be on retreat last year, you know how wonderful it was. If you are due for some inspiration and renewal on the yoga path, I hope you will join us.

The retreat begins Thursday, August 4th at 1 PM and will and Sunday, August 7 at 12:30 PM.  As a graduate of my program please claim your credit by contacting my assistant, Nicki.

 Attend half of the week starting Thursday with class at 2:30 PM.
Cost for the three day version of the retreat is $300 room and board plus $348 for classes.

2:30 – 5:30 pm — Presentation on Ayurveda with Marek Sawiki

5:30-6:30 pm Dinner

6:30-8:30 pm – The Koshas and the Gunas with Lillah + 5 functions of mind

Friday August 5: 7:00-8:00 am – Pranayama and Meditation with Lillah

8-9 am Breakfast

9:00 am – 10:00 am – Common Ailments Discussion with Lillah

10:00 am – 11:30 am – Yoga and the Organic Body with Lillah

11:30 am – 1:00 pm – Peer Teaching and Review, Q n A

1:00 – 2:30 pm Lunch Break

2:30 – 5:30 pm — Presentation on Ayurveda Lifestyle with Hae Young Grace

5:30-6:30 pm Dinner

6:30-8:30 pm – Natural Sleep Solutions and Research with Linda Cammarata, RN, E-RYT 500

Saturday August 6: 7:00-8:00 am – Pranayama and Meditation with Lillah

8-9 am Breakfast

9:00-1:00 Yoga for Knees with Lillah, Yoga and Bone Density Lecture and Practice, Intermediate Sequenceing , Q n A

1:00 – 3:00 pm Lunch Break

3:00 – 5:00 pm — Planning a Syllabus with Letitia Walker, Purna Yoga Cert.

5:30-6:30 pm Dinner

6:30-8:30 pm – Kirtan and Meditation with Michael Johnson. Discussion, How Yoga Works

Sunday August 7 : 7:00-8:00 am – Pranayama and Meditation with Lillah

8-9 am Breakfast

9:00 am – 10:30 am — Dyads – Role of the Teacher, Week in Review.

10:30 am – 12:00 pm – Farewell Asana Practice with Lillah

12:30 pm Lunch and Departure
