Travel With Yoga

It’s that time of year again when summer vacations abound. Sightseeing, visiting, eating wonderful food, flying, and walking, lots of walking… Often by days end our backs are talking to us. Most likely we will not be attending a yoga class anytime soon. It is our vacation time after all!

Feel Tall with 15 minutes of Yoga

We all have those quiet moments between one activity and another. From my understanding of anatomy and the relationship of one yoga pose to another, I offer you six poses to relieve tension in your spine, improve your posture, and prepare either for a good nights sleep or your next days walking adventures.
