Homework assignments consist primarily of sequencing development, physiology/organ studies, philosophy and individual pose study. Following each weekend, teachers in training will submit a one page reflective paper on their learning experience, and a self-evaluation of a class they have taught including the sequence. Peek pose and organ sequences will be turned in and reviewed monthly as a group through a free online meeting technology called, Zoom.
