Quote from BKS lyengarThe 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program meets for 10 three day weekends over 12 months in Asheville, NC so that participants may wisely integrate the knowledge they will gain. Learn the foundational skills from effective instructors plus receive ongoing support and mentor-ship. We recommend you have one or more years of yoga experience, preferably with an instructor, prior to beginning. Professionals in related disciplines such as physical therapy will be considered with 6 months or more of yoga experience.
