Bliss for the Holidays

You are invited to set some time aside to chill out, deep breathe, and tune in. Join me at One Center Yoga on December 10th from 1 to 4 pm. Bring your fuzzy socks!

Pranayama: The Art of Breathing

Pranayama, the art of breath control, deeply purifies body and mind, leading us to the stillness of meditation where Pranayama Set Upwe re-align with the “Source” within, emerging joyfully as the greater embodiment of our true self. Learn to move easily to a state of stillness, reflection, and mental clarity.

Beginning with deep relaxation, I will skillfully guide you through the subtleties of breath to quiet your mind, remove stress, and renew your spirit.

Suggested Requirements

Some yoga, meditation, or breath work experience recommended.

Please eat a light or early lunch before coming.


This workshop is $50 if paid in advance. If there is room, it is $55 on the day of the event.
