Back Care Basics Series

I offer a six week series on Back Care Basics at One Center Yoga. Sessions are continual but new people are encouraged to begin at the six week point. The next six week session begins on Wednesday, December 7th and runs through January 11, 2017. Classes are from 5:30 – 7pm.

Class Description

This class guides students into poses that safely and effectively stretch and strengthen the back. Whether you are dealing with chronic back issues or a recent injury, this class can help you improve back function and reduce and heal back pain. This is an all levels class.

Discover the many causes of back pain and how yoga can help.

  • Learn safe, progressive poses based on anatomy and physiology to relieve and manage back, neck, and shoulder pain.
  • Gain tools that are easy to understand and use for self-care.

Class Costs

Cost: $60 for 6 continuous weeks (price applies ONLY to students new to One Center Yoga). Other students are welcome to drop-in at our standard $16 per class price, use their class package or monthly membership. Registration is through One Center Yoga.
